Au Revoir.

Sportsgirl ear cuff,Hermes bracelet, Michael Kors watch.

We cannot believe it is almost 2014! This year has definitely gone by the quickest and it's also been the most unplanned year for both of us, which has lead to many spontaneous experiences - both good and bad. It seems that 2014 will be an even bigger year for us, as we are both making plans to travel more and potentially even move overseas (but more on that later). We hope that you will all continue to follow our adventures on Twomorrow in the new year and we thank you for stopping by in 2013 x

Noir.

Olivia's wearing: Zara top and skirt, Rag & bone hat, PS11 mini, Tony Bianco heels, Michael Kors watch.

It's often the cheaper, unplanned purchases that end up the most worthwhile, like this floral skirt that we found on one of our many visits to Zara whilst we were America this year. We only paid $20 for it, yet we find ourselves wearing it all the time as it's so easy to slip on with a singlet or tee for a casual look or with an Equipment blouse for at night.

Cuffed.

Kate's wearing: Sportsgirl top, Cotton On overalls, PS11 mini, Isabel Marant sandals, Lovisa ear cuff, Michael Kors watch, Sportsgirl lipstick.

We were hesitant to invest in a pair of overalls because we're not huge fans of the 'vintage' look and they're not the most flattering item to wear. However, we are now unsure why we didn't get a pair sooner, as we love experimenting with them because believe it or not, they're actually really versatile. Whether they're a fad or not, we find ourselves wanting to wear this pair a lot more than expected.

Ear cuffs have also become a staple for fashion bloggers over the past few months, although we weren't sure what to think of the trend initially. They're certainly not a simple nor practical accessory, yet they can be perfect if you find the right occassion and outfit to incorporate one into.

Santa Monica.

After spending our first few days in LA running around Disneyland and shopping for hours on end in Hollywood and Beverly Hills, we welcomed a relaxing day exploring Santa Monica. We had assumed that the area just consisted of a beach and a pier with some rides, however we were pleasantly surprised when we discovered awesome shopping and food. We would recommend a visit to the 3rd Street Promenade, which is the main shopping area, where we discovered Zara, Urban Outfitters, a Barney's Co-Op, Bloomingdales, etc. We couldn't go past The Ivy at the Shore, which is the more low key, beachside version of The Ivy on Robertson. We had already had lunch so we just shared dessert before heading back to our hotel, which was amazing nonetheless.

P.S. Please excuse our lack of posts, we've both been attempting to settle back into reality after coming home from our overseas adventures. Unfortunately we don't have any solid plans for travelling in the near future, but we're sure that won't last long...

Venice.

Olivia's wearing: Sass and Bide singlet, Urban Outfitters bra, Isabel Marant shorts, PS11 mini, Karen Walker sunglasses, Michael Kors watch, Jeffrey Campbell boots.

Just when I thought I would never find another pair of shorts that I love as much as my
orange Lover ones, these Isabel Marant beauties came into my life. Of course I was initially attracted to the colour of them, as my obsession with maroon continues with no end in sight, yet I also love the loose fit of the them with the drawstring waist, as there is nothing worse than wearing a pair of uncomfortably tight shorts, especially when you're playing tourist overseas. However, I think it's the gold, bohemian-like detailing that I like most, as it differentiates them from any other pair of shorts that I own.

We took these photos whilst we were exploring the beautiful canals of Venice Beach. If you ever visit this part of LA you must have a look around, we spent a good hour strolling around checking out all the adorable houses, each one completely different to the last. I think we now know what we'd do with our profits if we were ever lucky enough to win the lotto.

Gypsy.

Kate's wearing: COS tee, Isabel Marant skirt and Dicker boots, PS11 mini, Celine sunglasses, Michael Kors watch.

This trip has made us both form a slight addiction to Isabel Marant. There's something about the way she mixes boho-chic fabrics with feminine cuts and intricate details; the combination almost makes you feel like a cool gypsy roaming the streets of Paris. If you've ever been lucky enough to visit one of her boutiques, you'd also know how the aesthetics of her stores play into your decision to purchase, despite the price tags. It was hard for me to go past this little floral skirt, although I usually wouldn't buy something like this, I was attracted to the uneven cut and the fact that it can be incorporated into my wardrobe so easily. We love that most of her pieces can be worn together without even having to think, it makes the crazy idea of buying her whole collection seem reasonable.

Melrose.

Olivia's wearing: COS t-shirt, Lover shorts, Isabel Marant "Bekket" sneakers, PS11 mini, Tiffany & Co. necklace, Michael Kors watch.

The combination of orange, silk and lace, executed by one of my favourite Australian labels, Lover, is perfection in my mind. I have obsessed over these shorts for months on end, however I was originally going to purchase the black, but when I saw the orange there was no hesitation. The fact that this colour was created exclusively for Net-A-Porter, which means only a small amount of people can get their hands on them, is an added bonus.

The Isabel Marant Bekket sneakers were another purchase that I had been contemplating for some time. Initially I didn't like the chunky style of them and I was also deterred by the fact that almost every man and his dog have a pair. Eventually the pros outweighed the cons and I gave into temptation when I found them at the Isabel Marant boutique on Melrose (that store has done bad, bad things to our bank accounts). They are probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I own and they can be easily incorporated into just about any outfit that I wear. If only I could find a way to make them work appropriate...

Cali.

Kate's wearing: Urban Outfitters top, Isabel Marant shorts and "Carol" sandals, Celine sunglasses, PS11 mini, Hermes bracelet, Michael Kors watch.

If there ever were an 'it' pair of sandals, these Isabel Marant Carol sandals would have to be them. Every time I go on an overseas trip I always have one main item in mind that I would like to buy and on this trip it was these sandals, so I was lucky Barney's delivered the goods yet again. Considering they are almost completely sold out worldwide and Barney's had one pair left in my size and preferred colour, its safe to say it was meant to be. No other accessories are required when you wear these shoes, because the second you slip them on your outfit is instantly cool (at least I hope so).

We shot this look on Melrose Place, which has become our favourite street in LA, not only due to the amazing selection of designer boutiques. The whole street is so picturesque, each store looks different to the last, they're all covered in different flowers or vines and the atmosphere is so tranquil, you feel like you're in your own little world - it really is a blogger's dream.
